摘　　要：实现乡村治理现代化,应完善乡村治理体系,提升乡村治理能力,以人居环境、集体经济、乡村文化、公共服务、村民自治为抓手,切实提高村民幸福感、获得感和满意度。把握乡村多功能性以及城乡融合发展的特点和趋势,厘清乡村治理现代化的内涵和目标,通过乡村治理体系和治理能力的现代化,建成法治、德治、自治三治融合的善治乡村。To modernize rural governance,we should improve the rural governance system,enhance the rural governance capacity,take the human living environment,collective economy,rural culture,public services and villagers’self-governance as the grasp,and effectively improve the villagers’happiness,sense of access and satisfaction.We should grasp the multi-functionality of the countryside and the characteristics and trends of urban-rural integration development,clarify the connotation and goals of rural governance modernization,and build a good governance countryside with the integration of rule of law,morality and self-governance through the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity.
