摘  要:大型建设项目机电系统复杂,管线密集且走向复杂;尤其是大型机场的地下管廊机电管线走向复杂,机房分布分散,施工、检修人员在地下管廊内很难辨别方向和位置,机电管线施工及后期维修效率较低。为了便于管理人员及施工人员在施工过程中快速辨别自己的方位以及能快速找到机房、设备或者管线的位置、走向,公司研发了BIM地图施工导航系统。系统通过BIM模型轻量化技术、BIM地图构建技术、定位导航技术、运维信息接口等,实现了将BIM模型应用于导航系统中,提升了质量管理水平,促进了BIM技术落地。Large scale construction projects electromechanical systems are complex,pipelines are intensive and go complex;in particular,the underground canal electromechanical lines of large airport go into complex,and the distribution of rooms is scattered.So it is dificult for construction and access personnel to discern the direction and location within the underground canal,and the construction of electromechanical lines and later repair is less efficient.A BIM map construction navigation system is hereby developed to facilitate managers and construction staff to quickly discern their orientation during construction and to quickly locate the location,walk of rooms,equipment,or lines.In this system,the application of the BIM model to the navigation system can be jointly achieved through the BIM model lightweight technology,BIM map building technology,positioning navigation technology and operation information interface,and so on,which can elevate the level of quality management and promote the floor of the BIM Technology.
