摘  要:粉体在国民经济的诸多领域都起着重要的作用。在粉体的研发、制备、生产与应用中,除了化学组分外,其物理特性极其重要。粉体材料各项物理特性指标合格只是产品出厂和验收的最基本条件之一;然而,在很多应用领域,多项物理特性指标组成的综合特性更能反映不同材料的差异或一致性,不同批次粉体间的一致性越来越成为质量评价的重点。本文对粉体材料质量一致性进行研讨,为高质量发展献策。Powder plays an important role in almost all fields of national economy.In the R&D,preparation,production and application of powder,besides chemical components,its physical properties are very important.It is the most basic conditions for the delivery and acceptance of products that the physical properties of powder materials are qualified.In many application fields,the comprehensive characteristics composed of multiple physical property indexes can better reflect the difference or consistency of different materials.The consistency of multiple indicators among different batches of powder has increasingly become the focus of quality evaluation.In this paper,the quality consistency of powder materials is discussed,and suggestions for the development of high quality are offered.
