常州市输入性疟疾疫情现状及口岸防控策略探讨

摘　　要：经济全球化不仅使国际交流合作日益频繁,也让我国面临越来越大的疟疾输入再传播风险。为防止疟疾卷土重来,需持续推进境外输入性疟疾防控工作。本研究通过总结常州市疟疾疫情流行现状和回顾常州口岸4例输入性疟疾病例的处置情况,就常州口岸输入性疟疾的防控策略展开探讨,并提出预防疟疾传播的对策。The economic globalization is not only promoting the international exchange and cooperation,but also bringing an increasing risk of malaria importation and transmission in China.Prevention and control of malaria imported from abroad should be continually maintained to prevent malaria resurgence.In this paper,by summarizing the current situation of malaria epidemic in Changzhou and reviewing the responses to four imported malaria cases at Changzhou port,we discuss the prevention and control strategies of imported malaria at Changzhou port and provide solutions to prevent the transmission of malaria.
