摘　　要：了解2017—2022年山东地区归国人员疟疾感染状况,分析其风险因素,提出相关建议。调查收集2017—2022年山东地区归国人员疟疾感染数据,从境内定居地、外出事由、年龄段、境外居住地等方面进行数据分析,找出高风险因素,并初步分析其原因,有针对性地提出相关建议。据统计,2017—2022年山东地区归国人员疟疾病例共685例,其中在境外从事劳务工作的593人,处于中青年年龄段的人员有581人,共有660人自非洲归国。经分析,感染高风险因素包括在境外从事劳务工作、年龄处于中青年阶段、有非洲地区旅居史。建议采取加强国际旅行健康咨询服务、加大归国人员疾病监测力度以及提供更加完善的境外医疗保障等措施,保护我国外派人员在境外工作生活期间的健康安全。This study is intended to grasp the malaria status of returnees in Shandong area from 2017 to 2022,analyze its risk factors and put forward relevant suggestions.The malaria infection data of returnees in Shandong area from 2017 to 2022 were col-lected and analyzed from the aspects of reasons for exit,age group,overseas residence,etc.for identification of high-risk factors,analysis of causes and development of relevant suggestions.Based on the statistics,from 2017 to 2022,there were 685 malaria cases among returnees in Shandong area,including 593 overseas labor workers and 581 young and middle-aged people,and there were 660 persons in total returning from Africa.According to the analysis,the high-risk factors of malaria infection among returnees in Shandong area from 2017 to 2022 include the overseas labor,young and middle-aged people,and travel to Africa.It is suggested to take such measures as improving consulting services for international travel health,strengthening disease surveillance for returnees,and providing more medical security to protect the health and safety of the Chinese living abroad.
