摘 要:为了克服传统芬顿反应过程中催化剂活性低,产生大量铁泥沉淀,影响芬顿反应效率等问题,以天然斜发沸石和氯化亚铁为原料,通过液相还原法制备得到天然斜发沸石基纳米零价铁复合材料(NCZM),采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等技术表征NCZM的结构及其特性。研究结果表明:纳米零价铁成功负载在天然斜发沸石的表面和层间,能够克服纳米零价铁的团聚现象,提高其活性位点。将NCZM作为类芬顿反应的催化剂,考察其对对氯苯酚的降解效果,结果表明:在反应温度为25℃,对氯苯酚初始质量浓度为100 mg/L,H_(2)O_(2)投加量为6 mL/L,pH值为3,NCZM投加量为20 mg/L,类芬顿反应时间为190 min的条件下,对氯苯酚的降解率为100%,矿化率为79.29%,铁离子溶出量为0.67 mg/L,吸附联合类芬顿反应是NCZM降解对氯苯酚的主要降解机理。In order to solve the problems existing in traditional Fenton reaction process,such as low catalyst activity,large amount of iron sludge is produced which affects Fenton reaction efficiency,and so on,natural clinoptilolite based nano zero-valent iron composites(NCZM)was prepared by liquid phase reduction method using natural clinoptilolite and ferrous chloride as raw materials,and its structure and characteristics were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The results of the study showed that,NCZM sucessfully loaded onto the surface and layers of natural clinoptilolite could inhibit agglomeration of NCZM and increase its active sites.Using NCZM as catalyst of Fenton-like reaction,the effect of it on p-chlorophenol(P-CP)degradation was investigated.The results showed that,when the reaction temperature was 25℃,the initial mass concentration of P-CP was 100 mg/L,the dosage of H_(2)O_(2) and NCZM were 6 mL/L and 20 mg/L respectively,the pH value was 3,the time of Fenton-like reaction was 190 min,the degradation rate of P-CP reached 100%,the mineralization rate was 79.29%,the leaching concentration of iron ions was 0.67 mg/L.The adsorption and Fenton-like reaction were the primary mechanisms of NCZM degradation of P-CP.
