摘  要:以某化工企业生化处理后的生产废水为原水,设计了1套处理量为1000 m^(3)/d的中水回用系统,整体工艺采用超滤-反渗透双膜法。工程运行结果表明,超滤产水浊度低于0.2 NTU,反渗透产水电导率低于150μS/cm,整体水回收率达到71%,综合运行成本为1.31元/m^(3);此外,针对工程运行中保安滤芯堵塞、超滤膜清洗等问题,进行了详细分析并提出了解决方案。Taking the production wastewater after biochemical treatment of a chemical enterprise as raw water,a set of reclaimed water reuse system with a treatment capacity of 1000 m^(3)/d was designed.The overall process adopts double membrane methods:ultrafiltration-reverse osmosis,the engineering operation results showed that the turbidity of ultrafiltration produced water was lower than 0.2 NTU,the conductivity of reverse osmosis produced water was lower than 150μS/cm,and the overall water utilization rate reached 71%,and the comprehensive operation cost was 1.31 yuan/m^(3).In addition,the problems of security filter element blockage and ultrafiltration membrane cleaning in engineering operation were analyzed in detail with solutions put forwarded at the same time.
