摘 要:为掌握上海市橡胶和塑料制品生产过程的挥发性有机物(VOCs)污染排放特征,本研究选取上海市10家橡胶和塑料品制造行业的代表性企业,使用SUMMA罐、Tedlar采样袋、醛酮类吸收瓶和吸附管对各企业典型生产工序的有组织排放废气及车间环境空气中VOCs进行采样,经气相色谱法-质谱法(GC-MS)和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)分析后得到了上海市橡胶和塑料品制造行业典型生产工序的VOCs排放特征,并使用最大增量反应活性法(MIR)计算了各企业排放VOCs对臭氧生成的贡献。结果表明:橡胶和塑料品制造行业中,硫化、混炼、注塑、吹塑等主体工序VOCs排放量不大,而橡胶的胶浆及塑料制品的涂胶和涂布等溶剂使用工序VOCs排放量较大;烷烃和含氧挥发性有机物(OVOCs)是橡胶和塑料品制造行业VOCs特征组分及主要臭氧生成活性成分,累计对OFP贡献率范围约为27.68%~97.27%,其中乙酸乙酯和甲基环己烷是对OFP贡献比最高的2个物种。研究结果可为制定经济有效的污染控制措施提供基础数据。In order to understand the emission characteristics of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)in rubber and plastic production process in Shanghai,10 representative rubber and plastic products manufacturing enterprises in Shanghai were selected in this study.The SUMMA canisters,Tedlar sampling bags,aldehydes and ketones absorption bottles and adsorption tubes were used to sample the organized exhaust gas from typical production processes of each enterprise and VOCs in the ambient air of the workshop.The VOCs emission characteristics of typical rubber and plastic manufacturing industry in Shanghai were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The MIR(maximum incremental reactive activity)method was used to estimate the contribution of the emission VOCs from each company to ozone production.The results showed that in rubber and plastic products manufacturing industry,VOCs emissions in the main production processes are not large,such as vulcanization,rubber refining,injection molding,blow molding and so on.VOCs emissions are larger in the production processes involving the use of solvents,such as rubber pulp and plastic products gluing and coating process.Alkenes and oxygen-containing volatile organic compounds(OVOCs)are VOCs characteristic components and the main ozone-generating active components in rubber and plastics manufacturing industry,and their contribution to OFP ranges from 27.68%to 97.27%.Among them,ethyl acetate and methyl cyclohexane are the two species with the highest contribution ratio to OFP.The research results can provide basic data for formulating economical and effective pollution control measures.
