摘  要:河流通航且行政区划跨界导致的水源保护区划定难、后续管理难的问题,已成为了水源保护中的普遍性难题。以四川省仪陇县嘉陵江干流河流型饮用水水源保护区的划分研究为例,针对跨界的河流型水源地,在确保饮用水源水质安全的前提下,采用二维水质模型,通过模拟跨界区域污染物输入对水源地水体的影响,明确水源地污染负荷的主要区域,提出符合当地实际的科学、合理的饮用水水源保护区划分方案,为国内存在通航或行政区划跨界的相似区域地表水型水源保护区划分提供了参考方案。The difficulty in demarcation and subsequent management of water source protection areas caused by navigable rivers and trans-boundary administrative divisions has become a common problem in water source protection.This paper takes the research on the division of drinking water source protection areas in the main stream of the Jialing River in Yilong County,Sichuan Province as an example,for the cross-border river-type water source areas,on the premise of ensuring the safety of drinking water quality,a two-dimensional water quality model is used to simulate the impact of pollutant input in the transboundary region on the water body of the water source to identify the main areas of pollution load in the water source,and proposed a scientific and reasonable division plan for drinking water source protection areas in line with the local conditions,it provides a reference for the division of surface water source protection areas in similar areas with navigation or administrative divisions in China.
