习近平生态文明思想视域下丹江流域生态修复保障措施研究

摘　　要：习近平生态文明思想立足我国生态实际,坚持“五位一体”总体布局和“四个全面”战略布局,为我国生态文明建设提供强大思想指引,生态文明建设关系人民福祉,关乎中华民族永续发展,流域生态修复治理作为生态文明建设的重要内容,不容忽视。主要探讨习近平生态文明思想视域下丹江流域生态修复保障措施问题,利用文献研究法及实证分析法,围绕丹江流域生态问题现状及成因分析、丹江流域生态修复存在的不足、丹江流域生态修复保障措施三个方面展开研究,结果表明丹江流域生态环境问题是内因和外因共同作用的结果,在修复过程中也存在诸如修复模式不科学、资金不足、管理滞后等不足,只有坚持以习近平生态文明思想为指导,丹江流域生态环境保护与修复才能达到预期目的,才能行稳而致远。Xi Jinping ecological civilization ideology based on the ecological practice in our country,adhere to the"five one"the overall layout and the"four"comprehensive strategic layout,provide powerful ideological guidance for our ecological civilization construction,construction of ecological civilization relations people's well-being,about sustainable development of the Chinese nation,the river ecological restoration governance as an important content of the construction of ecological civilization,should not be ignored.The article mainly discusses the Xi jinping ecological civilization thought horizon,danjiangkou hydroelectric river ecological restoration measures,using literature research and empirical analysis,the present situation of the ecological problems around danjiangkou hydroelectric basin and cause analysis,the deficiency existing in danjiangkou hydroelectric watershed ecological restoration,danjiangkou hydroelectric river ecological restoration measures of the research,in three aspects:Results showed that the danjiangkou hydroelectric basin ecological environment problems are the result of internal cause and external cause,also exists in the process of repair,such as repair mode is not scientific,insufficient funds,management deficiencies,such as only adhere to Xi jinping,ecological civilization thought as the instruction,danjiangkou hydroelectric basin ecological environment protection and restoration to achieve expected purpose,stability and reach to line.
