摘  要:污泥和餐厨垃圾具有污染和资源两种属性。由于污泥和餐厨垃圾自身的物化特性,单一消化难以实现高效稳定运行。采用协同消化技术可以使两种废弃物在污水处理厂得到同步处理的同时提升厌氧消化效率,从而实现污水厂能量自给。综述了污泥和餐厨垃圾进行协同消化时的协同效应,重点阐述了原料性质、混合比例、温度、盐分、水力停留时间(hydraulic retention time, HRT)、有机负荷率(organic loading rate, OLR)等因素对污泥和餐厨垃圾协同消化的影响。污泥厌氧消化的沼气产率低,将污泥与餐厨垃圾协同处置可提高产气率。利用污水处理厂的厌氧消化系统开展城市有机废弃物集中处理,回收能量补偿污水厂能量消耗具有重要的可行性和现实意义。Sludge and food waste have both pollution and resource properties.Due to the physical and chemical properties of sludge and food waste,it is difficult to achieve efficient and stable operation by single digestion.The use of co-digestion technology can make the two kinds of wastes be treated simultaneously in the sewage treatment plant while improving the efficiency of anaerobic digestion,so as to realize the energy self-sufficiency of the sewage treatment plant.The study reviewed the synergistic effect of co-digestion of sludge and food waste.The effects of the properties of raw materials,mixing ratio,temperature,salinity,hydraulic retention time(HRT),organic loading rate(OLR)on the co-digestion of sludge and food waste were mainly expounded.The biogas yield of sludge anaerobic digestion is low,and the co-digestion of sludge and food waste can increase the gas yield.It is feasible and practical to use the anaerobic digestion system of the sewage treatment plant to carry out the centralized treatment of urban organic wastes and recover energy to compensate the energy consumption of the sewage treatment plant.
