摘  要:浸没燃烧式气化器(SCV)是液化天然气(LNG)接收站的核心设备之一,在SCV运行过程中主要存在燃烧器出口处温度分布不均匀及选择性催化还原法(SCR)脱硝系统催化剂利用率低的问题,针对以上问题采用流体力学研究方法对常规SCV燃烧器和SCR脱硝反应器的流场分布进行了仿真计算,并对燃烧器和反应器入口结构进行了优化设计。结果表明,SCV燃烧器采用单轴向空气入口容易导致燃烧器内O_(2)过剩,而采用轴向环形入口使燃烧更充分,可有效降低CO_(2)排放量并提高燃烧器出口温度分布均匀性。在SCR脱硝反应器安装扰流板可使尿素溶液喷射角超过120°,尤其是在其喷嘴下游安装扰流板,尿素溶液横向扩散效果更好,有利于改善第一层催化剂表面NH_(3)质量分数分布,提高催化剂利用率,保证脱硝效率。Submerged combustion vaporizer(SCV)is one of the core equipments of liquefied natural gas(LNG)receiving station.During the operation of SCV,the main problems are the uneven temperature distribution at the burner outlet and low catalyst utilization rate of selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitrification system.In view of the above problems,the fluid dynamics research method was used to simulate the flow field distribution of the conventional SCV burner and SCR denitrification reactor,and the burner and reactor inlet structures were optimized.The results show that the adoption of single axial air inlet in SCV burner can easily lead to excess O2 in the burner,while the adoption of axial annular inlet is more effective in reducing CO_(2)emissions and improving the uniformity of temperature distribution at the burner outlet.The installation of spoilers in the SCR denitrification reactor can make the injection angle of urea solution exceed 120°,especially the installation of a spoiler at the downstream of the nozzle,which has a better effect on the horizontal diffusion of urea solution,improving the distribution of NH_(3) mass fraction on the surface of the first layer of catalysts and improving the utilization rate of catalysts and ensuring the denitration efficiency.
