略论我国干旱半干旱地区的农业节水建设

摘  要:我国干旱半干旱地区降雨稀少、蒸发强烈,生态环境极其脆弱,农业属于灌溉农业。由于水资源短缺,水资源开发利用程度高,我国干旱地区农业用水量占各行业总用水量的85%以上,实施农业节水是干旱半干旱地区经济社会及生态环境健康、持续发展的必由之路。通过梳理适宜于农田灌溉的高效节水灌溉形式,分析了干旱半干旱地区发展农业节水的制约因素并就此提出相关建议。In arid and semi-arid areas,rainfall is scarce with high evaporation and extremely fragile ecological environment,and agriculture mainly relies on irrigation.Due to water shortage,water resources have developed and utilized intensively.Water-use of agricultural irrigation accounts for over 85%of the total water consumption in various industries.Water conservation in agriculture shall be the only way for the healthy and sustainable development of the economy,society,and ecological environment in arid and semi-arid regions.By sorting out various methods of highly-efficient water-saving irrigation that suit for farmland irrigation,factors that constrain the development of agricultural water-saving in arid and semi-arid areas are evaluated with relevant suggestions and recommendations.
