摘 要:针对传统保护间隙的空气间隙无法快速熄弧、线路的跳闸率较高问题,研究、设计了电磁式灭弧空气炮.该装置利用电磁活塞理论,喷射出高速气团.高速气团会冲击电弧,带走电弧的热量并拉细电弧,显著增强电弧的去游离作用,迫使其在短时间内熄灭.且电磁式灭弧空气炮的活塞尾部安装有弹簧机构,能够在灭弧后自动将活塞复位,为下一次动作做准备.通过有限元法进行仿真计算,加装电磁式灭弧空气炮的保护间隙能在16 ms内将电弧拉细到原来粗细程度的1/8、弧心温度降低至1/3,显著增强去游离作用,迫使其迅速熄灭.因此电磁式灭弧空气炮具有较强的熄弧能力,且具备一定的自能性,能有效降低雷击跳闸率、提升电能质量.Aiming at the problem that the traditional protection gap can not extinguish the electric arc quickly and the trip rate of the line is high,this paper studies and designs the electromagnetic arc extinguishing air cannon.The device uses the electromagnetic piston theory to eject high-speed air masses.The high-speed air mass can impact the arc,take away the heat of the arc and draw the arc fine,enhancing the removing-free effect of the arc and forcing it to be extinguished quickly.And the spring mechanism installed at the piston end of theelectromagnetic arc extinguishing air cannon can automatically reset the piston after the electric arc extinguishing and be ready for the next time.According to the finite element method simulation,the arc can be drawn to 1/8 of its original thickness and the electric arc center temperature can be reduced to 1/3 within 16 msdue to the installation of the protection gap of electromagnetic arcing air cannon,which significantly enhances the removing free effect and forces the arc to be extinguished quickly.Therefore,the electromagnetic arc extinguishing air cannon has a stronger extinguishing ability and certain self-reliance,which can effectively reduce the lightning trip-out rate and improve power quality.
