高校教师“网文”创作意愿的影响因素分析——基于计划行为理论框架

摘　　要：激发广大高校教师“网文”的创作意愿,不但是政府高层的意志,而且是高校宣传思想工作的重心。本研究基于计划行为理论,对全国892名高校教师的“网文”创作意愿的影响因素进行了实证分析。研究发现,我国高校教师的“网文”创作意愿,与自我效能感、重要他人支持以及兴趣与责任呈正相关,与外在风险感知呈负相关,而与外在期望报酬和传统学术文化不存在相关性。此外,重要他人支持还能通过三条路径间接作用于教师的“网文”创作意愿。为进一步提升我国高校教师的“网文”创作意愿,需要学校加大宣传和培训力度,提升教师“网文”创作的内生动力;完善“网文”认定政策,或可单独设置传媒型教师岗;制定高校教师“网文”创作准则,解决教师后顾之忧;高校中高层领导亲身参与“网文”创作,发挥重要他人作用。It is both the top government’s willpower and the focus of college ideological propaganda work to motive the faculty's intention to create network culture in China.From the perspective of Planned Behavior theory,the research investigated nationwide 892 higher education teachers to find out the factors that influence their intention to create network culture.The research discovers that their creation intention is positively correlated with their self-efficacy,the support of important others,their interest and responsibility;it is negatively correlated with the perception of external risks;and that it is irrelevant to the expectation of extra payment and traditional academic culture.Besides,the support of important others can indirectly affect faculty’s creation intention by three paths.To further boost Chinese teachers’intention to create network culture,colleges and universities should increase their propaganda and training so as to lift faculty’s endogenous power for network culture creation;policies on identifying network culture should be perfected,and it is possible to set an independent media-type of teacher post;creation criteria for teachers network culture works should be formulated to address their worries about future consequences;medium and high level leaders of colleges and universities should participate in the creation of network culture so as to play the role of important others.
