智能调度防误指挥系统特性研究

摘　　要：基于现有自动化技术支持系统并结合南方电网调控一体化改革需求,建立了智能调度防误指挥系统,对系统的总体实施方案进行设计,分析了系统的主要功能以及技术特性。通过案例详细介绍了系统在信息监控、智能防误、调度指挥以及操作票管理等应用情况,充分展示了该系统能够保障电网的安全可靠运行,提升了调度、监控以及现场操作工作的高效性和安全性。In this paper,the intelligent dispatching anti misoperation command system was established according to the requirements of the regulation and control integration reform of China Southern Power Grid.The overall implementation scheme was designed and the main functions and technical characteristics of the system were analyzed.The application of the system in information monitoring,intelligent error prevention,dispatching command and operation ticket management was introduced in detail through the case,which fully shows that the system can ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power grid,improve the efficiency and safety of dispatching,monitoring and field operation.
