摘　　要：随着智能可穿戴设备的普及,量化自我已成为一种普遍现象.从人们对自身数据进行选择性记录、解读与互动的自我再生产过程这一“质化自我”的视角出发,通过对可穿戴设备用户技术实践经验的深度访谈,发掘健康自我追踪过程中用户对数据的收集、解读和行动转化过程及其社会意涵.结果发现,尽管允许部分量化自我技术和实践的介入,可穿戴设备用户的数据信任和自我标准依然需要建立在自身经验的基础上,并借助技术驯化的方式来完成“合格自我”的想象.人作为“万物尺度”的实用主义技术观在可穿戴系统用户自我追踪的中国实践中始终未曾褪却.但从数据化过程而非数据本身来看,用户在“量化自我”与“质化自我”之间的居间状态中看似拥有对数据的解释权,实际上数据化过程而非数据本身已经渗透人们的日常生活,服膺了新自由主义的“合格自由”逻辑.With the popularity of smart wearable systems,quantifying self has become a common phenomenon.From the perspective of“qualitative self”,which involves the process of self reproduction in which people selectively record,interpret,and interact with their own data,this study explores the process of data collction,interpretation and action transformation and its social implications in the process of healthy self-tracking through in-depth interviews with users of wearable device a-bout their technical practical experience.The results show that although the intervention of quantified self technology is par-tially allowed,the trust in and understanding of data generated by wearable device still need to be based on users'own experi-ence and are often used to complete the imagination of“qualified self”.The pragmatic technological view of human being as the“yardstick of all things”has never faded in Chinese users'self-tracking process.From the angle of the process of digitali-zation rather than the data itself,users in the intermediate state between“quantified self”and“qualified self”seem to have the power to interpreting the data,but in fact,the process of digitalization,rather than the data,has permeated into people's daily life,which is partially consistent with the logic of“qualified freedom”advocated by neoliberalism,while.
