摘  要:为了提高煤炭采出率,提高沿空留巷的稳定性,以成庄煤矿为例,将柔模支护技术应用到沿空留巷巷旁支护中。通过沿空留巷断面、巷旁支护参数,对柔模支护技术的施工工艺进行了设计,结合沿空留巷压力对墙体承载力和抗滑稳定性验算,对该技术的可行性进行了分析。结果表明,采用柔模支护技术,墙体的承载力大于沿空留巷压力,并且墙体的抗滑稳定性达到设计要求,因此,该技术完全满足生产要求,并具有显著的经济效益。In order to improve the coal recovery rate and the stability of gob-side entry retaining,taking Chengzhuang Coal Mine as an example,the flexible formwork support technology is applied to the side support of gob-side entry retaining.The construction technology of flexible formwork support technology is designed through the section of gob-side entry retaining and the supporting parameters of side entry,and the checking calculation of wall bearing capacity and anti-slide stability is made in combination with gob-side entry retaining pressure,the feasibility of this technology is analyzed.The results show that the load-bearing capacity of the wall is greater than the pressure of gob-side entry retaining,and the anti-slide stability of the wall meets the design requirements,which has significant technical and economic benefits.
