摘  要:胶带运输是煤巷掘进作业最重要的环节之一,随着开采深度的持续增加,地质条件越来越复杂,巷道坡度变化越来越大,加上矿压显现越来越严重,巷道底鼓和底板不平导致巷道起伏变化更加明显,胶带通过巷道低洼点时通常会在拉力作用下上飘和抖动,煤矸在通过飘带地点时极易从胶带上滑落,造成伤人事故,无形中也增加了二次清渣工作量。为了保证胶带运输作业的安全稳定性,设计了一种用于胶带运输机的防飘带装置,并在井下开展实践应用。结果表明,该飘带装置性能稳定,有效限制了变坡点胶带上飘,提高了起伏巷道胶带运输作业的安全性,减少了胶带上飘引起的胶带跑偏和撒煤,大大减少了二次清渣工作量,实现了减人提效。With the continuous increase of mining depth,the geological conditions become more and more complex,the change of roadway slope becomes more and more big,and the ground pressure is more and more serious,roadway floor heave and uneven floor lead to more obvious changes in the fluctuation of the roadway,the tape through the low-lying point of the roadway will usually be under the pull up and shake,gangue in the place through the floating belt is easy to slip off the tape,cause injury accident,invisible also increased the second slag cleaning workload.In order to ensure the safety and stability of the belt conveyor,an anti-drift belt device for belt conveyor is designed and applied in the mine,the utility model effectively limits the floating of the belt on the changing slope point,improves the safety of the belt transportation operation in the undulating tunnel,reduces the deviation of the belt caused by the floating of the belt and the coal scattering,and greatly reduces the secondary slag cleaning workload,the utility model realizes the reduction of people and the enhancement of efficiency.
