摘  要:概述代料香菇刺孔技术的研究进展,指出其存在刺孔操作不当易发生杂菌污染、高温烧菌等问题,通过试验研究改刺孔技术为全程不刺孔技术取得了较好的结果:采用雨花5号品种,折径20 cm、长60 cm的栽培袋,每棒接种12穴(4穴×3行,穴径2.5 cm,穴深3 cm)不刺孔处理,与对照刺孔处理(刺孔48个,孔径0.4 cm,孔深2 cm)比较,菌棒表现发菌稳健,出菇顺畅,生物学效率较高,香菇产量和品质较好,棒均收益提高。这一技术已推广应用120万棒。In this paper,the research progress,problems,improvement and application of the technique of puncture holes on Lentinula edodes cultivation bag was introduced.The results showed that the cultivation bag do not requirepuncture holes when strain Yuhua No.5 was adopted and the diameter and number of inoculation holes was 20 cm×60 cm and 12 holes(the diameter and depth of hole was 2.5 cm and 3 cm respectively).The fruitbaby and the biological efficiency of no puncture holes treatment was smoother and higher than puncture holes treatment(puncture 48 holes,0.4 cm in diameter and 2 cm in depth).The air permeability of inoculation holes could take into the needs of germination and color change.This new technology had been applied in 1.2 million sticks.
