摘  要:水泥稳定碎石基层的干缩裂缝问题成为制约道路使用寿命的最主要因素,单一的外加剂可以改善其抗裂性能,但会影响其强度,影响整体性能。本文通过复合掺加保水剂、乳胶粉、橡胶粉三种外加剂,采用正交试验极差分析法,分析其对无侧限抗压强度和干缩系数的影响。通过试验分析可知,复合掺配后,可以大大降低外加剂对无侧限抗压强度的影响,三种外加剂无侧限抗压强度影响主次顺序为保水剂>橡胶粉>乳胶粉,对各影响因素进行综合比选,得出最优组合为A2B3C1,即保水剂掺量为0.4%,乳胶粉掺量为3%,橡胶粉掺量为1%时,复合外掺改性的水稳再生混合料无侧限抗压强度最好。对干缩系数分析可知,随着外掺剂的增加,干缩性能会得到相应的改善,三种外加剂对混合料抗干燥收缩性能影响主次顺序为保水剂>橡胶粉>乳胶粉,得出最优组合为A3B2C3,即保水剂掺量为0.6%,乳胶粉掺量为2%,橡胶粉掺量为3%。综合考虑无侧限抗压强度和干缩系数的要求,复合外掺改性后材料的无侧限抗压强度最大时的最优外加剂掺配比作为混合料外加剂的方案,即保水剂掺量为0.4%,乳胶粉掺量为3%,橡胶粉掺量为1%。The dry shrinkage crack of cement stabilized macadam base has become the main factor restricting the service life of the road.A single admixture can improve the crack resistance of the cement stabilized macadam base,but it will affect its strength and overall performance.In this paper,the influence of water retaining agent,latex powder and rubber powder on the unconfined compres-sive strength and dry shrinkage coefficient is analyzed by orthogonal test and range analysis.Through test analysis,it can be seen that a single admixture will reduce the unconfined compressive strength,and the influence on the unconfined compressive strength of the mix-ture can be greatly reduced after compound mixing.The primary and secondary order of the influence of the three admixtures on the un-confined compressive strength of the mixture is water retaining agent>rubber powder>latex powder.After comprehensive comparison and selection of various influencing factors,the optimal combination is A2B3C1,that is,the water retaining agent content is 0.4%,the latex powder content is 3%,and the rubber powder content is 1%.The unconfined compressive strength of the water stabilized recycled mixture modified by three admixtures is the best.According to the analysis of dry shrinkage coefficient,with the increase of admixture,the dry shrinkage performance will be improved accordingly.The influence order of the three admixtures on the dry shrinkage resis-tance of the mixture is water retaining agent>rubber powder>latex powder,that is,the water retaining agent content is 0.6%,the latex powder content is 2%,and the rubber powder content is 3%.In comprehensive consideration of the requirements of unconfined com-pressive strength and dry shrinkage coefficient,the optimum proportion of admixture when the unconfined compressive strength of the composite modified material is the maximum is used as the admixture scheme of the mixture,that is,the proportion of water retaining agent is 0.4%,the proportion of latex powder is 3%,and the proportion of rubber p
