摘　　要：自安装式采油平台服务于渤海油田可以实现勘探、采油、处理、储油、外输等功能,能满足渤海海域75%的油田不同工况的工艺处理要求,依据《海上移动平台入级规范(2020)》及《海上移动平台法定检验技术规则(2016)》,自安装采油平台每5年应进行一次特检坞修工作,以保证平台入级证书的有效性,为此全面阐述了自安装平台在特检坞修期间的安全管理办法。Self-installed oil production platform serves Bohai oil field,which can realize the exploration,oil production,treatment,oil storage,export and other functions,and can meet the process treatment requirements of 75%of the oil fields in Bohai Sea under different working conditions.According to the Code for Classification of Offshore Mobile Platforms(2020)and the Technical Rules for Statutory Inspection of Offshore Mobile Platforms(2016),the self-installed oil production platform should be specially inspected and repaired every five years to ensure the validity of the platform classification certificate.This paper describes the safety management method of self-installation platform during special inspection and dock repair.
