基于危险源识别的LNG浮式转接驳设计方案风险评估

摘　　要：以一种LNG浮式转接驳设计方案为例,基于危险源识别(HAZID),对LNG浮式转接驳设计方案布置及设备、拖航作业、过驳作业前准备和LNG过驳作业,进行了危险场景辨识、风险等级评估,进而制定了相应的风险控制措施;并对LNG浮式转接驳设计方案的设计布置、工艺流程、设备故障及人为操作等因素引发危险的原因、后果、现有保护措施、风险水平及应对措施进行了分析。Taking a LNG floating transfer barge design scheme as an example,based on HAZID,the layout of LNG floating transfer barge design scheme and equipment,towing operation,preparation before transfer operation and LNG transfer operation are identified,the risk level is evaluated and the corresponding risk control measures are formulated.The causes,consequences,existing protective measures,risk level and countermeasures of hazards caused by factors such as design layout,process flow,equipment failure and human operation of LNG floating transfer barge design scheme are analyzed.
