摘  要:针对海洋石油热采平台锅炉及相关蒸汽管线泄漏无法及时发现和准确定位的问题,利用红外热成像加分布式光纤测温技术,通过监测蒸汽设备及管线的温度异常变化,对热采平台设备及管线蒸汽泄漏进行实时监测,判断生产流程高温蒸汽是否泄漏。相关成果样机已经安装至旅大某项目并应用,确保了海洋石油热采平台平稳、安全运行,也为后续项目应用积累了相关经验。The leakage of boilers and related steam pipelines on offshore oil thermal recovery platform cannot be timely detected and accurately located.The temperature measurement technology of infrared thermal imaging and distributed optical fiber is used to realize the real-time monitoring of steam leakage of thermal recovery equipment on the thermal recovery platform.Through monitoring the abnormal temperature distribution or change of steam equipment and pipeline,whether the high-temperature steam in the production process leaks can be judged.The prototype of relevant achievements has been installed and applied to a project in Bohai Sea,ensuring the stable and safe operation of the offshore oil thermal recovery platform,and accumulating relevant experience for subsequent project applications.
