摘　　要：农村基层党组织是落实乡村振兴工作的领导核心,是促进乡村治理现代化的组织保障,是凝聚基层人民群众的关键力量,也是推动乡村和谐稳定发展的重要根基。现阶段农村基层党组织党风廉政建设面临着部分基层党员干部权力观扭曲导致自身建设“缺位”现象、执政思维滞后导致农村集体经济发展“错位”现象,农村基层党组织制度体系不健全导致人才队伍建设“空位”现象、教育体系不完善导致乡村文化建设“让位”现象等现实困境。农村基层党组织要全面把握乡村振兴战略的总要求,加强农村基层党组织党风廉政建设,推动乡村组织振兴、乡村产业振兴、乡村人才振兴以及乡村文化振兴,保证乡村振兴战略的稳步推进。Rural grass-roots Party organizations are the leading core of implementing rural revitalization work,the organizational guarantee for promoting the modernization of rural governance,the key forces for gathering the grass-roots people,and an important foundation for promoting the harmonious and stable development of rural areas.Current rural grassroots organizations facing the construction of a clean government,part of the grassroots party members and cadres power distortion cause own construction“absence”phenomenon,ruling thinking lag lead to rural collective economic development“dislocation”phenomenon,Rural grass-roots Party organizations imperfect system leads to talent team construction“empty”phenomenon and imperfect education system lead to rural culture construction“concession”phenomenon.Rural grass-roots Party organizations should fully grasp the general requirements of the rural revitalization strategy,strengthen the construction of a clean and honest party in rural grass-roots Party organizations,promote the revitalization of rural organizations,rural industries,rural talents and rural culture,and ensure the steady progress of the rural revitalization strategy.
