摘　　要：从政治安全的视野透视反腐败斗争,可以发现政治腐败隐含政治风险,政治安全和政治清廉之间存在良性互动。安全与清廉在政治生活中表现为终极价值相同、过程相似、需求共通的多重关系,从政治安全的认识高度来谋划新阶段的基本策略是外靠人民民主、内靠全面从严治党,从政治风险防范化解的战略高度推进反腐败斗争的重要对策是发展全过程人民民主、发展新时代中国特色社会主义廉洁文化和反对“运动式”反腐。From the perspective of political security,we can find that political corruption implies political risk,and there is a positive interaction between political security and political incorruptibility.In political life,security and incorruption are manifested as multiple relations of the same ultimate value,similar process and common demand.From the understanding of political security,the basic strategy for planning the new stage is to rely on people's democracy outside and comprehensively and strictly govern the Party inside.From the strategic height of preventing and dissolving political risks,the important countermeasures to promote the fight against corruption include to develop the people’s democracy in the whole process and the clean socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era.in addition,opposing the“movement-style”anti-corruption .
