摘　　要：“十四五”时期是国家推进乡村振兴战略的重要时期,巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接、高质量推进乡村振兴战略意义重大。古浪县生态移民工程较大的搬迁规模和人口数量决定了移民社区的发展一定程度上影响着全县的经济社会发展,对古浪县生态移民政策实施效益进行客观、科学的评价显得尤为必要。基于理论与现实依据,构建了古浪县生态移民政策实施效益评价指标体系,并计算了对应的权重,为政策效益评价提供了有效遵循。The"Fourteenth Five-Year Plan"period is an important period for China to promote the rural revitalization strategy.It is of great significance to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively link up with rural revitalization and promote the rural revitalization strategy with high quality.The large relocation scale and population size of the ecological immigration project in Gulang County determine that the development of the immigrant community affects the economic and social development of the whole county to a certain extent.It is particularly necessary to make an objective and scientific evaluation of the implementation benefits of the ecological immigration policy in Gulang County.Based on the theoretical and practical basis,the evaluation index system of the implementation benefits of the ecological immigration policy in Gulang County was constructed,and the corresponding weights were calculated,which provides an effective basis for the policy benefit evaluation.
