摘　　要：党的二十大报告重申,全党要“自觉在思想上政治上行动上同党中央保持高度一致,不断提高政治判断力、政治领悟力、政治执行力”。本质上,政治判断力、政治领悟力、政治执行力是“讲政治”的能力,是服从党中央、向党中央看齐的能力。作为“关键少数”,领导干部的政治判断力、政治领悟力、政治执行力既内含着一般性含义,又隐含着特殊性要求。就目的而言,提高领导干部的政治判断力、政治领悟力、政治执行力,是为了使之永葆“共产党人政治本色”,确保其在全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程中守正、创新、身躬、力行。就实践而言,提高领导干部政治判断力、政治领悟力、政治执行力需要从个人努力和组织培养两个方面予以合力推进。The Report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China reiterated that the entire party should greatly consist with the Party Central Committee consciously in thoughts,politics and action,and continuously improve its capacity of political judgment,political comprehension and political execution.In essence,the capacity of political judgment,political comprehension and political execution is the ability of“political awareness”and the ability to follow and remain consistent with the Party's Central Committee.The capacity of political judgment,political comprehension and political execution of leading cadres,the“key minority”,contain both general meaning and particular requirements.The purpose of improving the capacity of political judgment,political comprehension and political execution of leading cadres is to enable them to always maintain the“political essence of communists” and ensure that they are upright,innovative,dedicated,and practical in the new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.In practice,the capacity of political judgment,political comprehension and political execution of leading cadres needs to be promoted through both individual effort and organizational training.
