摘 要:聚合物基复合材料因具有比强度高、比模量高,疲劳性能好、耐腐蚀等优点,在航空航天等领域中有广泛的应用。然而,聚合物基复合材料存在分层失效现象,对其结构强度及刚度有显著影响,从而给轻量化设计和实际工程应用带来严峻的挑战。从数值模拟及实验表征的角度总结了聚合物基复合材料分层损伤研究现状,系统论述了粘聚力单元技术和扩展有限元技术在分层裂纹扩展方面的应用研究进展,介绍了有限元模拟及原位声发射技术等主要研究方法,指出通过声发射信号参数的处理能够实现聚合物基复合材料分层损伤模态的预测与识别,展望了聚合物基复合材料分层损伤缺陷机器学习研究前景。Polymer matrix composites are widely used in aerospace and other fields because of their high specific strength,high specific modulus,good fatigue performance,corrosion resistance and other advantages.However,polymer matrix composites suffer from delamination failure in practical application,which significantly affects their structural strength and stiffness,thus posing a serious challenge to their lightweight design and practical application.This paper summarizes the research status of delamination damage of polymer matrix composites from the perspectives of numerical simulation and experimental characterization.The progress of research on the application of viscous cohesive unit technique and extended finite element technique in delamination crack extension is systematically discussed,and the main research methods such as finite element simulation and in situ acoustic emission technique are introduced.It is pointed out that the processing of acoustic emission signal parameters can achieve the prediction and identification of delamination damage modes of polymer matrix composites.Finally,the research prospects of machine learning for delamination damage defects in polymer matrix composites are prospected.
