摘 要:拱桥跨越能力大、材料要求低、建设成本低,在桥梁建设中应用广泛。国内有较多拱桥已经接近设计使用寿命,应开展拆除重建。由于旧桥服役多年,强度、刚度、稳定性均有下降,且拆除时潜在因素较多,桥梁拆除技术难度大,安全风险高。对此,文章在分析拱桥拆除技术的特点和施工要点的基础上,结合蜀河汉江大桥拆除重建项目,探讨基于缆索吊的钢管混凝土拱桥拆除技术应用,分析缆索吊设计及桥面板、主拱肋等拆除施工关键内容,并进行施工监控测量,以保证拱桥拆除施工安全和质量。The arch bridge is widely used in bridge construction because of its large spanning capacity, low material requirements and low construction cost. Many arch bridges in China are close to the design service life and should be demolished and rebuilt. Since the old bridge has been in service for many years, its strength, stiffness and stability have decreased, and there are many hidden factors in the demolition. The bridge demolition technology is difficult and the safety risk is high. In this regard, based on the analysis of the characteristics and construction points of arch bridge demolition technology, combined with the demolition and reconstruction project of Shuhe Hanjiang Bridge, this paper discusses the application of concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge demolition technology based on cable crane, analyzes the key contents of cable crane design, bridge deck and main arch rib demolition construction, and carries out construction monitoring and measurement to ensure the safety and quality of arch bridge demolition construction.
