滑模机在道路矩形排水沟中的应用分析

摘　　要：滑膜机目前已经逐渐应用在道路施工中,在缩短施工期限的同时还提高了施工的质量,在一定程度上促进了公路的建设与发展。文章围绕国道G205津冀界至黄骅绕城起点段改扩建工程,介绍了滑膜机的施工工艺原理与技术优势,阐述了从场地平整到养护的滑模机在道路矩形排水沟施工中的应用操作步骤,然后总结了滑模机在道路矩形排水沟施工中应用的质量控制措施及安全防护措施,从质量、工效两个方面分析了滑膜机在道路矩形排水沟施工中的应用成效,得出滑膜机的使用可提高施工质量,加快施工进度,降低施工的安全风险及施工成本。At present, the slipform machine has been gradually applied in road construction, which not only shortens the construction period, but also improves the construction quality, and promotes the construction and development of highway to a certain extent. Focusing on the reconstruction and expansion project of the starting section of the national highway G205 from the boundary of Tianjin and Hebei to Huanghua ring way, this paper introduces the construction technology principle and technical advantages of the slipform machine, expounds the application steps of the slipform machine from site leveling to maintenance in the construction of road rectangular drainage ditch,and then summarizes the quality control measures and safety protection measures of applying slipform machine in the construction of road rectangular drainage ditch. The application effect of the slipform machine in the construction of road rectangular drainage ditch is analyzed from two aspects of quality and efficiency. It is concluded that the use of the slipform machine can improve the construction quality, speed up the construction progress, and reduce the safety risk and cost of the construction.
