摘　　要：文章从建设工程质量管理标准化的现实价值与主要内容入手,结合定远县工程质量标准化管理的工作实践经验,提出了一系列工程质量管理标准化的优化策略,包括重点保证工程质量管理的标准化与规范化、建立并应用工程质量管理标准化评价指标体系、重视技术管理标准化、定期展开标准化活动并加大监管力度,以期实现工程质量管理标准化建设的加速与质量提升。Starting from the practical value and main content of the standardization of construction project quality management, combined with the practical experience of the standardization management of project quality in Dingyuan County, this paper puts forward a series of optimization strategies for the standardization of project quality management, including focusing on ensuring the standardization of project quality management, establishing and applying the evaluation index system of project quality management standardization, attaching importance to the standardization of technical management, regularly carrying out standardization activities and strengthening supervision, in order to realize the acceleration of project quality management standardization construction and quality improvement.
