摘　　要：为进一步做好工程项目现场签证,有效控制建设项目投资,解决签证工作中存在的现实问题,保障建设方和施工方经济利益不受损失,确保项目建设顺利实施,早日实现投产达效。文章主要从建设、施工、监理和设计方等角度出发,并结合当前法律规范和工作实际对现场签证的重要性、和其他经济单据的区别、目前存在的问题进行分析,分别提出各参与方管理措施和签字审核控制要点,以帮助项目参建单位和经营管理人员全面认识签证、重视签证、管好签证。In order to further improve the project on-site visa, effectively control the investment of the construction project, solve the practical problems in the visa work, ensure that the economic interests of the construction parties are not lost, ensure the smooth implementation of the project construction, and achieve the effect of production as soon as possible, this paper mainly analyzes the importance of onsite visa, its difference from other economic documents and the existing problems from the perspectives of construction,supervision and design and combining the current legal norms and work practice, and puts forward the management measures and the control points of signature audit for each participant, so as to help the project participants and management personnel fully understand the visa, attach importance to the visa and manage visa.
