摘 要:用粉末冶金方法制备高氮无镍奥氏体不锈钢,可以解决镍过敏问题,节约成本,已成为当今的研究热点。文章采用金属注射成型技术(Metal Injection Molding,MIM)制备此类不锈钢。采用正交试验方法系统研究了烧结温度、氮气压力和保温时间烧结参数对奥氏体不锈钢密度、收缩率和氮含量的影响,以获得最佳烧结参数。研究发现,当烧结温度为1200℃,保温时间为6 h,氮气压力为1100 mbar时,样品具有较高的密度(7.52 g/cm3)和氮含量(0.76%)。渗氮烧结后不锈钢基体为奥氏体。The preparation of high-nitrogen and nickel-free austenitic stainless steel by powder metallurgy method can solve the problem of nickel allergy and save cost,which has become a hot research topic today.In this paper,this kind of stainless steel is prepared by metal injection molding(MIM).The influence of sintering parameters such as sintering temperature,nitrogen pressure and holding time on the density,shrinkage and nitrogen content of austenitic stainless steel is systematically studied by orthogonal test to obtain the best sintering parameters.It is found that when the sintering temperature is 1200℃,the holding time is 6 h,and the nitrogen pressure is 1100 mbar,the sample has high density(7.52 g/cm3)and high nitrogen content(0.76%).The stainless steel matrix is austenite after nitriding and sintering.
