摘 要:文章以从化至连州高速公路大桥建设项目为例,对连续梁挂篮的选择与设计参数进行介绍,重点分析施工工艺,明确指出连续梁挂篮施工过程中的技术关键点,最后进行挂篮悬浇与支架现浇工艺比选,探讨了两种工艺的优缺点和适用性。实践证明,连续梁挂篮施工工艺具备较强的可行性,值得大范围推广和应用。Taking the construction project of Conghua-Lianzhou Expressway Bridge as an example,this paper introduces the selection and design parameters of the continuous beam hanging basket,focuses on the analysis of the construction technology,and clearly points out the key technical points in the construction process of the continuous beam hanging basket.Finally,the hanging basket cantilever casting process and bracket cast-in-place casting process are compared and selected,and the advantages,disadvantages and applicability of the two processes are discussed.Practice has proved that the continuous beam hanging basket construction technology has strong feasibility and is worthy of wide promotion and application.
