高端酒店装修质量管理与成本控制措施研究

摘　　要：由于企业市场竞争愈发依赖现代化信息平台的共享性,建筑工程项目成本趋于公开透明,建筑企业要想合理将利润最大化,就要进行必要的改革升级。质量与成本管理的科学统筹对企业发展有关键作用,因此文章以高端酒店的装修质量管理和成本控制问题为例,分析装修成本控制难点及常见问题,并提出合理的措施建议,协助企业稳步提升利润率。As the market competition of enterprises increasingly depends on the sharing of modern information platforms,the cost of construction projects tends to be open and transparent.If construction enterprises want to reasonably maximize profits,they must carry out necessary reform and upgrading.The scientific coordination of quality and cost management plays a key role in the development of enterprises.Therefore,this paper takes the decoration quality management and cost control of high-end hotels as an example to analyze the difficulties and common problems in decoration cost control,and puts forward reasonable measures and suggestions to help enterprises steadily improve profit rate.
