摘　　要：基于“双碳”目标,结合电力设计企业产业特点、战略布局、核心技术、专业力量,分析电力设计企业并购、重组、合资、投资等资本运作行为,以期为扩大产业布局、优化资本结构、盘活存量资产、实现效益增值、增强竞争力提供参考。Dual-carbon goal brings development opportunities for the power industry.On the dual-carbon track,electric power design enterprises rely on industrial characteristics,strategic layout,core technology and professional strength,and comprehensively use capital operation tools such as merger and acquisition,reorganization,joint ventures and investment to expand industrial layout,optimize capital structure,revitalize stock assets,realize benefit appreciation and enhance competitiveness.
