摘  要:为更大化地提高再生骨料在工程中的利用效率及工程效益,本文将再生骨料应用于水工沥青混凝土。针对水工沥青混凝土防渗体在工作环境中可能出现的结构拉裂破坏等问题,在温度为-10~10℃及应变速率为10-5~10-2 s-1条件下对再生骨料水工沥青混凝土拉伸性能展开试验研究。结果表明:随着温度的降低或应变速率的增加,试样的拉伸强度、拉伸模量增加,峰值应变减少,试样破坏截面中骨料断裂比例增加。基于试验结果采用对数型动态增强因子定量描述了应变率对拉伸力学参数的影响规律。与相同工况下天然骨料水工沥青混凝土拉伸性能对比,分析了两者拉伸性能的异同。结果表明再生骨料水工沥青混凝土各项拉伸力学性能较天然骨料水工沥青混凝土虽有一定程度的下降但其各项性能依旧满足规范设计要求。To improve the efficiency of recycled aggregate utilization and its engineering benefit,this paper discusses its application to hydraulic asphalt concrete.We conduct an experiment on the tensile properties of recycled aggregate asphalt concrete at different temperatures(-10-10℃)and strain rates(10-5-10-2 s-1),considering possible structural cracking damage to an impervious body of such concrete in the working environment.The results show that temperature dropping or strain rate increasing of a test sample results in an increase in its tensile strength and tensile modulus and the proportion of aggregate fractures at its failure section,but a decrease in its peak strain.Based on the test results,we investigate the influence of strain rate on its tensile mechanical parameters which follows a trend that can be quantitatively described using a logarithmic dynamic enhancement factor.The tensile properties are compared in this paper with those of the corresponding natural aggregate concrete under the same working conditions,and the similarities and differences between the two are examined.We also find that the tensile properties of recycled aggregate hydraulic asphalt concrete are considerably lower than those of natural aggregate hydraulic asphalt concrete to a certain extent,but its properties still meet the design requirements of the specifications.
