摘 要:以省际公路通道上某桥梁为研究对象,针对提高桥梁技术状况评定准确性与全面性的问题,提出优化现行桥梁技术状况评定体系的策略.以《公路桥梁技术状况评定标准》为基础,引入最优最劣法进行权重计算,结合恶化系数对构件扣分值进行修正,优化现行规范中的桥梁构件评分计算方法,建立基于最优最劣法的桥梁分层分级评估体系.采用该方法对桥梁结构进行健康评估,结果表明当前桥梁结构状态良好,承载能力满足设计荷载等级需求.应用有限元数值模拟方法对桥梁结构进行仿真验算,发现评估结果与数值分析结果相符合,验证了所提优化评价体系的工程适用性.In order to improve the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the bridge technical condition evaluation,a strategy for optimizing the current bridge technical condition evaluation system is proposed in this paper based on the assessment of a bridge on a provincial highway.According to the Standard for Technical Condition Evaluation of Highway Bridges,the best and worst method is introduced to calculate the weight,the component deduction value is modified in combination with the deterioration coefficient,the evaluation method of the bridge components in the current code is optimized,and a hierarchical evaluation system of the bridge based on the best and worst method is established.By using such a method,the health of the bridge structure is evaluated.The evaluation results show that the current bridge structure is in good condition and the bearing capacity meets the requirements of design load grade.Finally,the bridge structure is simulated by using the finite element method.It is found that the evaluation results are consistent with the numerical analysis results,which verifies the engineering practicability of the proposed optimization evaluation system.
