摘 要:为解决以液压凿岩台车为代表的钻爆法施工装备无法基于定制化需求的快速模块化配置选型的问题,研究了一种基于综合需求的钻爆法施工装备模块化配置设计方法.在装备模块化设计的基础上,将装备综合性能、成本和货期作为优化目标,隧道施工和客户个性化需求作为模块配置约束条件,构建了装备配置优化模型,采用改进型非支配排序多目标遗传算法(non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II,NSAG-Ⅱ)对模型求解,可快速生成满足定制化需求的装备最优配置方案.以基于定制化综合需求的液压凿岩台车模块化快速配置设计为例,验证了方法的可行性和有效性.In order to solve the problem that the drilling and blasting construction equipment represented by hydraulic drilling rig can not be rapidly modular configuration and selection based on customized requirements,a modular configuration design method of drilling and blasting construction equipment based on comprehensive requirements was studied.Based on the modular design of equipment,taking the comprehensive performance,cost and delivery time of equipment as the optimization objectives,and tunnel construction and customer's personalized requirements as the constraint conditions of module configuration,an optimization model of equipment configuration was constructed.The improved non-dominated sorting multi-objective genetic algorithm(NSAG-Ⅱ)was used to solve the model.It can quickly generate the optimal equipment configuration scheme to meet the customized requirements.The feasibility and effectiveness of the method are verified by taking the modular rapid configuration design of hydraulic rock drilling trolley based on customized comprehensive requirements as an example.
