摘　　要：随着M100甲醇汽油在国内汽车上应用的日益增加,对M100的润滑性检测要求也逐渐严格。目前针对M100甲醇汽油润滑性的检测并没有相关规定,以柴油润滑性检测方法作为基础,并参照欧洲对汽油润滑性的检测方法,设计了一种测量M100甲醇汽油润滑性的检测仪器。根据甲醇的一些特性,将高频往复试验机中的夹头与油盒进行了重新设计,并修改了部分试验条件。通过不同M100甲醇试验证明,仪器在试验结果中的重复性和再现性均表现良好,满足实际中对M100甲醇汽油的润滑性检测要求。With the increasing application of M100 methanol gasoline in domestic automobiles,the requirements for M100 lubricity testing are gradually stricter.At present,there are no relevant regulations for the detection of M100 methanol gasoline lubricity.Based on the diesel lubricity testing method,and referring to European detection method for gasoline lubricity,a testing instrument for measuring M100 methanol gasoline lubricity was designed.According to some characteristics of methanol,the chuck and oil box in the high-frequency reciprocating testing machine were redesigned,and some test conditions were modified.Through different M100 methanol tests,it was proved that the repeatability and reproducibility of the instrument in the test results were good,meeting the practical lubricity testing requirements for the M100 methanol gasoline.
