摘　　要：目的:在床单位臭氧消毒机缺乏专业检测设备及质控规范的前提下,做好床单位臭氧消毒机的质量控制,保证消毒效果,防止交叉感染。方法:根据消毒规范要求,利用院内自主研发的检测装置,结合消毒机的性能要求,开展对全院36台消毒机质量检测控制,探索床单位臭氧消毒机质控的内容及方法。结果:制定床单位臭氧消毒机质控检测记录表,同时分析了质控检测中可能发现的问题以及解决方法。通过对设备的质量控制,有效地保证了医疗设备的安全与质量。结论:在缺少专业的检测设备及理论的情况下,通过研制的检测装置及方法,可对设备做出性能与质量是否达标的定性、定量检查,达到对设备实施质量控制的目的,从而保障医疗安全。According to the standard of disinfection,the quality control of 36 disinfection machines in the hospital was carried out by using self-developed detection equipment and combining with the performance requirements of disinfection machines,to explore the content and methods of quality control for ozone disinfector in bed units.The quality control testing record of ozone disinfector was developed,and the possible problems found in the quality control testing were analyzed.Through the development of the testing equipment and methods,qualitative and quantitative inspection of the performance and quality of the equipment can be made,to achieve the quality control of the equipment and ensure medical safety.
