摘 要:碳纤维编织套管易受磨损产生毛羽,为了研究碳纤维编织套管磨损的作用机理,采用控制变量法研究了编织角α、预加张力F和摩擦角β的变化对编织套管磨损的影响,自制干式碳纤维编织套管磨损试验装置进行磨损试验,采用磨损后的碳纤维编织套管剩余拉伸断裂强力大小表征套管的磨损情况。试验结果表明,随着编织角的减小,编织套管磨损后剩余拉伸断裂强力呈递增趋势,编织角为30.49°的编织套管的剩余拉伸断裂强力值比编织角为19.88°时下降约11.07%;随着预加张力的增大,编织套管磨损后剩余拉伸断裂强力呈上升趋势,相比预加张力为24 N的编织套管,预加张力为44 N时,编织套管的剩余拉伸断裂强力值增大约18.87%;摩擦角对碳纤维编织套管的磨损影响较大,相比摩擦角为0°的编织套管,摩擦角为90°时,剩余拉伸断裂强力值下降了31.40%。Carbon fibre braided sleeve is susceptible to feathers caused by wear.In order to study the mechanism of wear of carbon fibre braided sleeve,the influence of braided angleα,pre-tension F and friction angleβon sleeve wear was studied by control variable method.The wear test was carried out on the self-made dry carbon fibre braided sleeve wear test device.The wear of the sleeve was characterized by the residual tensile breaking force of the worn carbon fibre braided sleeve.The test results show that with the decrease of braided angle,the residual tensile breaking force of sleeve increases after wear.The residual tensile breaking force of braided sleeves with a braided angle of 30.49°decreases by about 11.07%compared to a braided angle of 19.88°.With the increase of pre-tension,the residual tensile breaking force after sleeve wear shows an upward trend.Compared with the braided sleeve with pre-tension of 24 N,the residual tensile breaking force of braided sleeve increases by about 18.87%when pre-tension is 44 N.The friction angle has a great influence on the wear of the carbon fibre braided sleeve.When the friction angle is 90°,the residual tensile breaking force decreases by 31.40%compared with the braided sleeve with 0°friction angle.
