摘  要:筛选耐旱水稻种质资源,是发展水稻旱作生产的首要任务.通过旱地播种、自然条件下观察水稻种质的耐旱性、不同质量分数的PEG6000渗透胁迫等方法进行耐旱水稻种质的筛选.结果表明:种质93-11(Bph15)在旱地初步筛选为耐旱种质;27%PEG6000的渗透胁迫能够模拟自然条件下的旱地干旱胁迫;在27%PEG6000的渗透胁迫下,93-11(Bph15)表现出强耐旱性.研究实现了耐旱水稻种质的筛选鉴定,对发展水稻旱作生产、降低水稻生产对水的过度依赖和减少稻田温室气体排放以实现碳中和等具有重要的实际意义.Screening drought resistance rice germplasm resources was the primary task for developing free rice cultivation from irrigation.To screen drought tolerance rice germplasm(s),sowing seeds in dryland,evalua-tion the drought tolerance under natural conditions and identification the drought tolerance with different con-centrations of PEG6000 were carried out.The results showed that one germplasm 93-11(Bph15)was screened as drought tolerance germplasm in dryland,27%PEG6000 could simulate the drought stress in dryland under natural conditions,and 93-11(Bph15)showed strong drought tolerance under the 27%PEG6000.One drought tolerance rice germplasm was screened and identified,which had important practical significance for developing free rice cultivation from irrigation,reducing the excessive dependence of rice production on water and reducing greenhouse gas emissions from rice fields to achieve carbon neutrality.
