摘  要:海上X油田属于普通Ⅰ类稠油油藏,采用常规水驱开发,造成水窜严重,综合含水接近90%,但采出程度仍较低。热水驱能够降低原油黏度、改善流度比、降低残余油饱和度、减缓含水上升,提高水驱油效率;但单纯的热水驱携带热量有限,驱替过程中热量损失快,增产效果相对较差;热水复合驱油技术即在热水驱的基础上,辅助化学剂和气体,通过充分利用化学剂、气体对原油或油藏理化性能的改变,提高驱油效率和波及体积,增强热采开发效果。通过使用油藏数值模拟软件对X油田开展热水复合驱油的增效机理分析、注采参数优化及效果预测,研究表明,凝胶+108℃热水+多元气体+泡沫为最佳介质组合,比常规水驱提高采收率10.2%;比纯热水驱提高采收率5.2%,对稠油油藏热水复合驱的推广具有指导意义。Offshore X oilfield belongs to an ordinary heavy oil reservoir of Class I,which is developed by conventional water flooding,resulting in serious water channeling.At present,the comprehensive water cut is close to 90%,but the recovery rate is still low.Compared with cold water flooding,hot water flooding can reduce crude oil viscosity,improve mobility ratio,reduce residual oil saturation,slow water cut rise and improve water flooding efficiency.However,the heat carried by pure hot water flooding is limited,the heat loss in the process of flooding is fast,and the effect of increasing production is relatively weak.Hot water compound flooding technology,based on the heat carried by hot water,by adding auxiliary chemicals and gases,which makes full use of the changes of chemical agents and gases on the physical and chemical properties analysis of crude oil or oil reservoir,improves the oil displacement efficiency and swept volume,and enhances the development effect of thermal recovery.In this paper,the synergistic mechanism,optimal design of injection-production parameters and effect prediction of hot water compound flooding are studied.The research shows that gel+108℃hot water+multi-gas+foam is the best medium combination,and the recovery ratio is increased by 10.2%compared with conventional water flooding.Compared with pure hot water flooding,the recovery ratio is increased by 5.2%which provides guidance for the popularization of hot water compound flooding in heavy oil reservoirs.
