摘 要:大庆油田致密油藏水平井单井用液量达3×10^(4)m^(3)以上,返排液量逐年增多,针对返排液运输困难的问题,开展了返排液复配影响因素分析。以应用最广泛的胍胶压裂液和聚合物压裂液为研究对象,得出返排液中K^(+)、Na^(+)、HCO_(3)^(-)、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)离子对两种压裂液性能影响较大,无法实现直接复配;通过返排液与清水1:1配制、添加0.5%pH调节剂、1.0%螯合剂等方法,有效去除了返排液中影响压裂液性能的离子,与处理前相比,压裂液性能大幅度提高,满足了施工要求。目前应用30口井,节省罐车11460台次,节约成本702.3万元,为油田降本增效提供了技术支持。Fluid consumption of a single horizontal well in tight reservoirs of Daqing Oilfield is up to 3×10^(4)m^(3),and the amount of flowback liquid is increasing year by year.To solve the problem of difficulty in flowback liquid transportation,an analysis on its influencing factors was carried out.By taking the widely used guanidine gel and polymer fracturing fluid as the objects,it is concluded that K^(+),Na^(+),HCO_(3)^(-),Ca^(2+)and Mg^(2+)of the flowback fluid have a great impact on the performance,and cannot be directly compounded.By 1 GA6FA 1 preparation of flowback fluid and clean water,adding 0.5%pH regulator,1.0%chelating agent and other methods,the ions that affect the performance in flowback fluid are removed.Compared with that before treatment,the fracturing fluid performance is greatly improved,meeting the construction requirements.At present,it has been applied in 30 wells,saving 11460 tank cars and 7.023 million yuan of cost,which provides technical support for cost reduction and efficiency increase.
