摘  要:鄂尔多斯盆地奥陶系乌拉力克组海相页岩气是长庆气田增储上产的新领域。在乌拉力克组海相页岩气储层施工中存在漏失、气侵等工程难题。为此,在LX52x井应用精细控压钻井技术,完成了1172 m水平段施工,处理复杂情况的时间缩短了0.59 h/m,机械钻速提高到4.42 m/h,日进尺提高了18.77%,增加了11.76 m/d,解决了乌拉力克组储层井漏、气侵等复杂难题,提高了开发效率,效果显著。The marine shale gas of Ordovician Wulalike formation in Ordos Basin is a new field for Changqing gas field to increase reserves and production.In the construction of marine shale gas reservoir in Wulalike formation,there are engineering problems such as leakage and gas invasion.Therefore,the application of managed pressure drilling technology in LX52x well has completed the construction of the 1172 m horizontal section.The time to deal with complex situations has been shortened by 0.59 h/m,the penetration rate has been increased to 4.42 m/h,the daily footage has been increased by 18.77%,and the gas production has increased by 11.76 m/d.This has solved the complex problems such as well leakage and gas invasion in the marine shale gas Wulalike formation,and improved the development efficiency with good results.
