体育促进随迁老人城市社会融入的质性研究

摘　　要：通过访谈法了解随迁老人的城市社会融入现状和体育参与情况,旨在呈现随迁老人主体经验,构建体育促进随迁老人城市社会融入的理论模型。研究发现:随迁老人可从体育交往、运动趣缘、运动习惯、运动身体4个维度融入新城市文化、拓宽社会关系网络、减少孤独的心理感受、构建积极的身份认同,进而从社会适应、心理融入、身份认同3个层面推动其城市社会融入进程。体育有助于随迁老人融入城市社会,为从体育视角给其城市社会融入提供一种新思路,建议:1)具化顶层设计,完善专门性随迁老人体育扶持政策;2)问需于随迁老人,制定切合实际的体育促进措施;3)细化执行主体,宣传和引导随迁老人参与体育。Through qualitative interviews,to understand the urban society integration status and sports participation of the elderly migrants,with the aiming at presenting the main experience of the elderly migrant,at the same time constructing a theoretical model of sports promoting urban social integration of the elderly migrant.It was found that through sport,elderly migrants can promote their own urban social integration through four dimensions:Sports interaction,sporting interests,sporting habits and exercise of the body which means integrating into the new urban culture,widening social networks,reducing the psychological feeling of loneliness,and building a positive identity on the three aspects of social adaptation,psychological integration and identity.Sports can promote migrant elderly people integrate into urban society,for provide new ideas for their urban social integration from the perspective of sports,it is suggested that:1)The top-level design should be formalized to support specific sports policies for the elderly who move with the family;2)the elderly who move with the family should be asked to formulate practical sports promotion measures;3)the implementation bodies should be refined to promote and guide the elderly who move with the family to participate in sports.
