摘 要:当前我国个人征信业处于大数据征信、全面落实个人信息保护、合法合规发展的新时期,个人征信机构在处理个人信用信息时迎来诸多机遇,同时也面临着一定的法律约束。为提升征信服务质量,更好保障信息主体权益,可采取对个人信用信息进行分类分级治理、制定法律法规推动公共征信机构与市场化征信机构数据传递、推出征信授权文件标准化范本和完善信息主体的权利救济机制等路径,对当前我国个人征信业面临的法律约束进行及时回应,以推动我国个人征信业高质量发展,助力覆盖全社会的征信体系更好实现。At present,China's personal credit reporting industry is in a new era of big data credit reporting,personal information protection and legal development.Personal credit reporting institutions are facing opportunities when dealing with personal credit information,as well as certain legal constraints.In order to improve the quality of credit reporting services and better protect the rights and interests of information owner,we can take measures to classify personal credit information,formulate laws and regulations to promote the data transmission between public credit reporting institutions and market-oriented credit reporting institutions,launch standardized models of credit reporting authorization documents and improve the relief mechanism of individual rights,so as to promote the high-quality development of China's credit reporting industry and help to better implement the credit reporting system covering the whole society.
