摘　　要：法官职业道德是国家治理体系职业道德的重要组成部分,直接关系、影响乃至决定着司法审判领域国家治理能力和治理水平。在实现中国式现代化的过程中,探源法官职业道德的基本元素并赋予其现代化内涵,既强化了人民法院继承发扬司法为民的革命传统,也重述了传承红色基因,赓续红色血脉的历史主动和历史自觉。Professional ethics of judges is an important part of the professional ethics of the national governance system,which is directly related to,infl uences and even determines the national governance capacity and governance level in the field of judicial trials.In the process of realizing Chinese path to modernization,exploring the basic elements of judges'professional ethics and endowing them with modern connotations not only strengthened the people's courts to inherit and carry forward the revolutionary tradition of judicature for the people,but also reiterated the concept of inheriting the revolutionary gene and continuing the revolutionary tradition with historical initiative and historical awareness.
